About Virginia Lomax
Virginia Lomax is the founder and principal lawyer at Lomax Law, called to the Bar of Ontario in 2017. She brings specialized expertise in Aboriginal law, Constitutional law, and Employment law, shaped through her work with boutique law firms in the National Capital Region and as in-house counsel for a National Indigenous organization.
Virginia has appeared as counsel before the Supreme Court of Canada in landmark Indigenous rights matters, and served as lead counsel for NWAC during the National Inquiry into Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls. She is called to the Bar of Ontario with specialized expertise in Indigenous and Aboriginal law, employment law, human rights, and civil litigation
